1st Concert

Every summer the Woodland Park Zoo hosts a summer concert series. Victor really enjoyed his first concert and danced to the tunes of Los Lobos. He loved watching all of the people--he didn't fuss once!

Whidbey Island

In August, Vic took his first trip to Whidbey Island with his cousins. He had a lot of fun. His friend, Vada, held him, helped change him, sang to him and even showed Vic and his cousins the chicken coop with her brother John. They all had fun. Vic hung out and also watched the grown ups eat lots of yummy food. Victor is looking forward to many more visits to the Island in the near future!

Meeting the Leeman Cousins

In August, Victor met his cousins Paul and Hannah. They all had a fun time together going to the park, the beach, Seattle Center and even Whidbey Island. He loved meeting them and his aunts, Janine and Trisha. Thanks for cutting those nails, Aunt Trishy!

Meeting Nanna & Grandpa

Grandpa and Nanna came to visit when Victor was 7 weeks old. Nanna helped bathe Victor while Grandpa painted "little Victor" on the wall of his fun room. Dad helped by hanging kites from the ceiling he painted. Cool clouds!

First few weeks

Not long after we brought Victor home, he had some terrible reflux attacks. Of course, we didn't know what they were at first but after 3 long days at Children's Hospital we were informed that Victor has really bad reflux. Shortly after our stay at the hospital, we walked on egg shells wondering when another attack would happen. As it turned out, another big attack did come, leading us to realize that medication was Vic's only option in dealing with the reflux. Now, at 14 weeks he seems to be growing as a normal kid who's experiencing the world around him. He's been to the beach, to the park many times, met new people and continues to make friends.
